And so many guest house owners are afraid to talk about the interesting things that concern them. I realize we can never talk about past guests or do anything like that but there is no reason to be afraid to talk about yourselves and the running of your bed and breakfast, hotel or guest house. You'd be surprised how many people are interested in that (or in the potential mis-truths of promotion on Tripadvisor or kooky stuff about your animals - let your creativity reign).
